DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING FEE?

The cost of your delivery depends on which shipping method you choose. Some of the Items allow an option of an express shipping (3-5 business days).

Standard shipping _____________ USD - 14 business days except for special size orders and costume made orders that might take longer in which case you will be informed by our customer support.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the Items to us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, provided that the Items are returned in perfect condition and subject to the terms below:

 

Refund

Our return policy includes a 14 days of receipt of order money back for unopened box.

In order to return an Item, please follow the instructions below;

1. Fill out the return form and attach it inside the package, along with the Items you wish to return.

2. Peel off and attach the return label to the outside of the package.

3. Simply post the package in the nearest mailbox. NOTE not at a postal office or a service point.

4. Returns are normally processed and refunded within 10-30 days from the day you send it back.

Please note 

• if the total amount of Items you wish to return exceed a value of €200, please contact our customer support to get another return label.

• Engraved Items can not be returned.

• We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

Exchange

1. Exchange of unworn Items with seal within 14 days of receipt of order.

2. Items exchange consists of an additional charge of 15% restocking fee.
