  • Are your stones ethically sourced?
    Yes. 100% yes. We are perfectionists when it comes to the quality of our jewelry, and that starts with our sourcing. We work with suppliers who abide by the Kimberley Process, so we only work with conflict-free materials. Rest assured—we would never work with or sell a conflict diamond or gemstone. We’re fully committed to caring for the environment, maintaining high ethical standards, practicing sustainable sourcing methods, and using recycled gold.
  • Are Eden's Spark diamonds real?
    Yes! We handcraft fine jewelry, not costume jewelry. All of our pieces are made with solid 14k gold, and it’s all real and natural. We use a wide variety of diamonds gemstones, and we even use lab-grown diamonds on some of our pieces. Here is everything you need to know about lab-grown diamonds.
  • Do you make custom designs?
    No, we specialize in handcrafting a wide variety of unique and made-to-order pieces that tell stories with gemstones and gold. While we don’t make entirely “custom” designs or make stone substitutions, you can often upgrade the size of your diamond. Talk to one of our client liaisons about diamond upgrades and our made-to-order design approach.
  • I found a design I like, but I want a bigger focal stone. Can you upgrade it?"
    We would love to talk with you about that! For engagement ring designs, the answer will almost always be “Yes!” Send us a message to start that conversation.
  • What is Eden's Spark return policy?
    We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt, and all paperwork (including the GIA certificate, if applicable) must be included. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we’ll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. After 14 days, all sales are final.   • I accidentally damaged my jewelry! What do I do?
    Don’t worry. We’ll take care of you! We’re happy to repair any piece you purchased from our collection, and we stand by our work. We’re proud to provide our limited lifetime warranty for all of our pieces. So rest easy—Whenever your piece needs servicing, know that we’ll handle it with genuine care for as long as you own it. You can even send your jewelry in to us for a FREE thorough cleaning and inspection, so you can always showoff that shimmer and sparkle you love!)
  • The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
    Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Eden's Spark piece we will resize it for free.
